Shipping policy
It is our highest priority to ship only the best quality palms and tropical plants and have them delivered to you happy and healthy.
We offer delivery in Southern Ontario, the GTA and beyond, and we ship our palm trees and tropical plants across Canada, coast to coast, using LTL Freight service or Canada Post Expedited.
Delivery will start from May 20, 2023, depending on weather.

Shipping rates via Canada Post on 3- and 7-gallon plants can only be calculated per plant.
In order to ensure the best rates at fair prices, if you wish to order more than one plant, we strongly recommend placing separate orders for each plant.
For any plants in pots larger than 7 gallons, please request a quote via email - info@palmsandplants.ca
Delivery Options
At checkout, please choose from one of the following:
- Local Pickup
- FREE upon appointment, in Paris, Ontario
- Local Delivery
- Within 25 kilometers from Paris, ON: $30.00
- 26 to 80 kilometers from Paris, ON: $55.00
- 81 to 160 kilometers from Paris, ON: $85.00
- Beyond 160 kilometers from Paris, ON, we accept a $40.00 shipping deposit and will contact you by email with your custom shipping quote. After acceptance we will charge, or credit, your order the cost difference between your deposit and the actual quoted shipping cost.
- Outside of Ontario
- For plants that are 3- or 7-gallon pots or less, we can ship anywhere in Canada via Canada Post.
- For plants larger than 7 gallon outside of Ontario, we accept a $40 shipping deposit and will contact you by email with your custom shipping quote. After acceptance we will charge, or credit, your order the cost difference between your deposit and the actual quoted shipping cost.
